The core is now up to Level 16 with 5 more levels until completion with the slabs trailing 3 floors below. 22.01.2022 Oneform has now began construction on the highly anticipated Haven Project. The 25 level building consists of 229 apartments over 2 basements. Beneath the apartment tower is a highly finished retail centre to complement the surrounding Gasworks and James Street Markets area. Featuring sweeping views, a sky deck and luxury retail offering, Haven is set to be the newest addition to the ever-growing Newstead precinct. The ground floor of Haven will feature more than 1150 sqm of food and beverage, fashion and home wares retail, which be head up by John James, one of the key stakeholders behind the James Street precinct. The development is valued at $75 million and is estimated to be completed in 2017.

20.01.2022 The 34-storey office tower, located 180 Ann Street features over 140,000 square metres of A-grade commercial office space, ground floor and podium retail and basement parking. Oneform has utilised its own material hoist to minimise crane time and accelerate production. Featuring self-climbing screens and a cantilevered slab all designed and fabricated in house. The project has two jump forms - one of which totals a massive 30,000m2. Estimated completion mid-2015.

19.01.2022 Oneform is proud to be a part of the $350 million dollar redevelopment of the Grand Central Shopping Centre in Toowoomba. The redeveopment of Grand Central will see the centre double in size to approximately 90,000 square metres. Oneform are utilising custom designed and fabricated table forms to construct suspended slabs up to a height of 6m at a blistering pace, whilst reaching the highest levels of workplace safety. Estimated completion is 2017 and will see two shopping centres formed into one, linked by a skybridge that will cross two roads, one creek and one rail line.

17.01.2022 The University of Queensland Oral Health Centre located at Herston, Brisbane is a 7 level elegant and open design medical school with a stunning fusion of off-form concrete, glass and timber. With a 4500sq foot print this visually impacting building showcases numerous Oneform constructed concrete elements including raking columns, off-form soffits and walls and striking external stairs cases.

17.01.2022 The Advanced Engineering Building (AEB) at the University of Queensland is a state-of-the-art engineering education building of 50,000 sqm incorporating a vast array of off-form colored concrete, raking and angled soffits and columns with a highly intricate auditorium wall design showcasing some of the most difficult formwork in SEQ. The building was awarded 9 Australian Institute of Architects Awards in its completion year of 2014.

13.01.2022 Oneform are proud to provide the formwork for the highly sought after Unison development located in the popular gasworks precinct at Newstead, Brisbane. The development will comprise of two 21 story towers, Unison North and Unison South which have been oriented to optimise both river and city views, with a range of apartments benefiting from views of the river, city and the developments landscaped podium. The unique architectural features will be anchored in an exclusive 4,000m2 elevated sub-tropical garden incorporating a lap pool, plunge pool, outdoor kitchens and entertainment areas, plus gym and health and well-being zones.

10.01.2022 Hope everyone has a safe and happy Monday. Here are a few throwback shots from our current Buranda project. The team at Buranda are doing a fantastic job and are progressing extremely well. Stage 1 of the development consists of two mixed use towers comprising of student accommodation and retail outlets, located between the railway line (to the North) and bus station (to the west). The development includes Building 2 (25 storey tower) and Building 3 (13 storey tower) including approximately 1,610 rooms with their associated facilities and landscaped areas. A four level basement to accommodate 400 cars, a mixture of retail tenancies at ground and lower ground levels and recreation and indoor/outdoor facilities at podium levels.
