22.01.2022 This week, 8-15 November, is NAIDOC Week 2020! It's a time to celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and achievements. It is also an occasion for the wider Australian community to reflect and prioritise the social and emotional wellbeing of our First Nations people. Traditionally, the week is celebrated in July, however, due to the impacts of COVID19 the organising committee made a decision to move the official NAIDOC week celebrations to Novemb...er, to protect elders and those in the community with chronic health issues. The theme for 2020 - Always Was, Always Will Be - recognises that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have occupied and cared for this country for over 65,000 years. One Future is proud to celebrate NAIDOC Week 2020! Please post below and tell us how you are celebrating this year's NAIDOC week. #alwayswasalwayswillbe

Today is about making sure that we are looking after our own mental health and looking afte...r the mental health of those around us. If you are in danger, call 000 immediately. If you are struggling, a great place to start is having a chat with your GP, or the great folks at @lifelineaustralia on 13 11 14. https://zcu.io/Yj45 #LookAfterYourMentalHealthAustralia #WMHD2020
