The perfect way to use up those leftover fruits and veg as well as sneak more nutrients into your diet We are loving adding zucchini into our green smoothies at the moment - so creamy and smooth! Here is what you will need: Serves 2... INGREDIENTS * 1 cup frozen diced zucchini * 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks * 2 frozen ripe bananas * 2 cups baby spinach * 1 teaspoon maca powder * 1 teaspoon chia seeds * Splash of milk of choice (I used almond) * Suggested Toppings: Fresh Berries, Granola, Peanut Butter, Coconut Shreds, Chia Seeds DIRECTIONS 1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes, or until smooth and creamy 2. Transfer to your two favourite bowls and top with suggested toppings, or your other fave toppings!
