24.01.2022 I love a savoury breakfast! I learnt how to do this Japanese inspired breakfast bowl from @jay_fysh on a camping trip. Foundation ingredients: brown rice, omelette, nori & sesame seeds but then you can improvise as you like. So good!

14.01.2022 Oh divine sun! As I was running today I was feeling my spine hanging from my head (probably doesn’t make much sense unless you’ve done embodiment practice like body-mind centering) and this released my neck, gave my whole torso length and I felt lighter on my feet. Nice to combine my new practice (running) with my 30+ years of yoga/embodiment practice. 01.01.2022 These great heart-shaped meditation cushions have been a favourite with students. Beautiful and functional, offering great support for sitting. Made of strong ...cotton, filled with buckwheat husks that moulds to your shape for comfort and stability. The heart shape allows for your heels to tuck in, great functional shape. These were originally bought from EMP and currently sell for $50.60 each. I am selling for $20 each OR $120 for 8 cushions = $15 each. I have 16 in total. Very sturdy, these cushions are 7 years old and going strong. They are in very good condition, but not pristine. Some of the seams have split so I have sewn them up, but they still function well. You can see the stitching on some of the cushions and there are a few small splits in some of the seams so more sewing will be needed. Because they are heavy, postage is not really an option, so pick up only in Clifton Hill.
