13.01.2022 SOOOOOO you can teach an old dog new tricks...after a tour of knowledge at the International building show I realized that after 37 years of building luxury homes, difficult site access homes and many commercial projects ... I can build better... after learning from my younger guru this old dog is now a convert of passive houses and qualified passive house tradesman ...huge shout out to Smart Plus Homes - for a wonderful course..so future homes will be beautiful, economic, healthy and sustainable
