24.01.2022 Took Night Rider out for a jaunt around the farm this afternoon, after doing a lot of precision work in the arena lately I felt he could do with blowing off some steam. I ended up just standing in the irons and letting him go as far and as fast as he wanted while i just enjoyed the ride and waited for his quarter horse genes to kick in - 4km of fast work later I was blowing harder than he was - I really enjoy riding him, like a little fat thoroughbred!
