Every time I open my eyes, there’s something new. To absorb. To observe. To explore. To be seduced by. You’re every mood fascinates me, and I know. I’ll never be able to turn away. Not from you. I can’t believe it took me so long to find you. It’s your authenticity that has me. The realness I feel wh...en we’re together. You feel like the way things were before. When everything was grounded in reality. Together, we’re pure. Engulfed. In a cloud. No pretence. No ulterior motive. No pretending to be anything but what we are. Flawed. Incomplete. And absolutely transparency. We get fresh with each other, too. We have our fights. You’re a chaotic mess at times. Sometimes I never want to see you again. And I run. But then a few moments later, I turn a corner and there you are. Beaming at me. Shining. Unable to leave me alone. Stealing my heart all over again. Only, this next time it’s deeper. Stronger.
