18.01.2022 AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM OneMusic Australia End of year events are NOT covered for live-streaming under special, temporary arrangements for the dance/performance and fitness/wellbeing industries. To arrange a live-streaming licence for your event you will need to contact APRA AMCOS.... You will also need to contact the record labels to obtain licence for use of the sound recordings. More information is available on the APRA AMCOS website.

11.01.2022 Attention to our South Australian music licensees: The SA Government has created the Live Music Venues Grant Program through the Music Development Office - South Australia. WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOU?? ... There is $500,000 available to support delivery of live music between 1 January to 30 June 2021. You will be able to apply for up to $25,000 in eligible expenses. KEY DATES APPLICATIONS CLOSE: Thursday 19 November 2020 11:59 PM AEDT NOTIFICATIONS OF RESULTS: December 2020 ELIGIBLE ACTIVITY PERIOD: 1 January 30 June 2021

03.01.2022 The team at OneMusic Australia would like to congratulate our music licensee Settlers Tavern Margaret River for winning the Community Service Award at the 2020 Australian Hotels Association (WA) -Aon Hospitality Awards for Excellence! The tavern has previously been inducted into AHA's ‘Hall of Fame’ and winner of WA’s ‘Best Regional Hospitality Venue’. ‘The Tav’ as it’s affectionately referred to by locals, was built in Margaret River, WA in the 1970’s.... These days they're celebrated for their incredible food, beverages, service - all while supporting local musicians, local schools and sporting clubs, and many other worthwhile causes. This is the NSW Government's scheme to support local dining, arts and tourism businesses and encourage the community to get out and about.

02.01.2022 GRANT ALERT FOR NSW MUSIC LICENSEES The NSW Government through Create NSW is committing $500,000 to bring fun and joy back to the centre of Sydney by supporting live performance. Play the City (Sydney) supports individuals, venues and arts organisations to present live performance in the Sydney CBD* in Summer 2020/21.... Play the City funding program invests in a program of activities, events or performances that activate the Sydney CBD, providing an opportunity for audiences to experience artists presenting new work and live performance events. You can apply for up to $10,000 towards a one-off or series of live performances to be held in the CBD of Sydney. *All events must take place in the CBD Sydney between 16 December 2020 and 28 February 2021, 11:59pm AEDT. APPLICATIONS CLOSE: Sunday 6 December 2020 at 11:59 PM AEDT
