22.01.2022 Footscray based record label Stargazed Records will be hitting the streets for ONIF 2021 with a series of pop-ups. We CAN'T WAIT to experience live music again. In the meantime, make sure you're supporting your locals, check out the tunes coming out of this label!

20.01.2022 The ONIF committee was devastated to learn yesterday that The Night Heron will not be reopening. They have been part of ONIF since the beginning with their incredible Sitars n Bleeps late-night performances. We know that many people ended their night there. We're so sorry, The Night Heron. Thank you for being such an important part of the fabric of Footscray and supporting live music. This is a huge loss for Footscray.

06.01.2022 The iconic One Night in Footscray moon design is in the running to become award-winning! Congratulations to Andrew Ashton Design for being a finalist in Small Brand Identity in The Designers Institute of New Zealand Best Design Awards, to be announced in November.

05.01.2022 Anna Kiparis, a 2019 ONIF artist, will be returning with new work for us next year! A contemporary visual artist, Anna uses the photographic medium as her platform to understand and connect with the world. Her work prominently features photo-surreal landscape explorations of suburbia. Her artistic objective is to take the ordinary out of the banal realm to create something visually captivating. To reinterpret urban landscapes that are generally overlooked and place them on ...a pedestal for genuine consideration. "As an artist, I try to represent and interpret what I feel and experience. We are in daylight for half our time and in moonlight for the other half. To recognize this transformation of atmosphere at night is just important to our understanding of its beauty as it is in the daylight."
