There wont be a morning class on this friday as the Stage 3 of easing restrictions in QLD starts at 12pm. But we will be there for all evening classes! Were looking forward to see you there! 14.01.2022 Hi team, in light of the recent cluster of COVID cases in Brisbane and surrounds, this week we have started taking extra precautionary measures at the gym to ensure the safety of everyone until we know more about the potential spread. Classes are still per normal, with regular cleans and limited training partners. Please check your emails and stay up to date with contact tracing provided by the Government and if youre unwell, please stay home and get tested. We are grateful for everyones cooperation and consideration of each other during these times.

13.01.2022 Jiu-Jitsu teaches us many things like resilience and persistence, but, COVID-19 has given us a great lesson on adaptation. We cant train BJJ yet, but we can now do some fitness outside. in addition to our online training and Zoom classes. Thank you all for your cooperation with our new processes. We will be outside for a few weeks and then back inside from 12 June 2020 if all goes well. Solo fitness and drills until we can operate normally again. I...f you want to register for an outdoor class, please contact us directly PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP as you will be turned away. Strictly only 9 people per class + 1 coach. Parents/guardians, partners or siblings are to wait above fenced area 1.5m apart or in their cars for the duration of the class. Thank you again for your support and cooperation. See more
