21.01.2022 OUTDOOR CLEANERS WANTED (Two+ Positions) Semi-retired and looking for additional income and fresh air? This is the perfect job for you. We are currently looking two or more staff to conduct outdoor cleaning at Martha Cove, Safety Beach. We have at least two positions available; 1 x full time position, Mon-Fri and 1 x part time position, Sat & Sun during the summer months. We are willing to split these roles or to look at a job share arrangement. No experience is necessary as ...we will train you. The role will incorporate; Daily cleaning of walkways, paths, piers, BBQ’s, public toilets, etc in and around the Martha Cove Marina. Weekly cleaning of some small offices. Emptying bins and litter removal from the waterways. Pressure cleaning of surfaces. Monitoring of spill kits on pontoons. Working closely with the client and to assist in any additional tasks as needed. Some basic handyman/woman tasks. Good communication skills with the client as well as the general public. A motor vehicle and phone will be provided as part of your duties. The role will require; A history of having a strong work ethic and pride in your work is essential. The hours allowed for this job exceed those needed. You will be expected to use your initiative to identify any additional tasks that need to be done when things are quiet. You will also need a current Victorian drivers licence and Police clearance. You must be reasonably fit and healthy as a lot of walking is necessary. A personable and bubbly personality and well presented. You will be provided with a generous salary package, company vehicle, a mobile phone; as well as necessary training, support and resources to be successful in this position.
