21.01.2022 As I listen to this song by Sia https://open.spotify.com/track/2MbgQKWhoii8bqsMBWWWgA I figure that I do have the courage to change. Lately my health hasn't been too good at all but I'm slowly working on it, I am now seeing an endocrinologist for my diabetes to try and get my sugar levels under control, she referred me to a service down here called Obesity Management Service, which you can read up about it here https://www.health.act.gov.au//Obesity%20Management%20Serv , I... am hoping that I can lose the weight without surgery but will cross that bridge when it comes to it. I am now seeing a psychologist which I find easy to talk with and hoping that over time my mental health will improve. I have a lot of things to work on and sometimes it does look like its too much to take on but I am taking small steps to work on it all and know I will eventually have it all sorted out and I will be a better me

07.01.2022 Had an unexpected phone call yesterday from victims services about the grub letting me know that his sentence has increased (they left a message as it came up with ‘no caller id’ and I very rarely answer them) I then spoke with Bethsheba and she had spoke to them and apparently someone else had come forward and it had gone to court, well he got an extra year, I couldn’t believe it that he only got 1 extra year, Beth said the lady she spoke to couldn’t say too much about it After hearing the message and talking to Beth I really didn’t know how to feel as it was such a shock and surprise. I am still trying to process it, ast night I put my ear phones in and listened to my music
