06.01.2022 It's a new year!!! And time to shed what no longer serves us... Looking at what part of our life drains or resources, making adjustments, calibrating our focus. I find very helpful to create a little ceremony. ... Starting with a short meditation to get in touch with my higher self. Then, I write down what I want to discard, on another piece of paper what I want to surround myself with or create more of. I will then do a little ritual, burning the paper that contains what I want to discard and plant the paper that create my new focus. I find it a very helpful process to reassess my priorities and use it when I feel stacked or out of focus. I would love to hear about your recalibrating techniques!
