07.01.2022 We have been experiencing network connection issues between Bigpond Internet customers and the data network centre our web server is housed in. Our web server continues to be running - however connection to it from various providers seems to be an issue. At 10:32 we were issues an announcement: Wednesday 12th June 2013 10:32 AM - Telstra DNS Server issues Customers on the Telstra network are unable to see the Oz Servers website as the Domain Name is unable to resolve.... *** Update 10:41AM We have confirmed that this is a widespread Telstra DNS issue affecting Telstra / Bigpond customers in Brisbane only. Other states and mobile internet users appear unaffected. All network connectivity and operations are at 100%, and this appears to be an issue with Telstras name-servers and network itself. Network Operations Team. We apologise for any issues this has caused to our clients - and are working to restore service as soon as possible. Unfortunately this issue is a Bigpond issue and out of our control.

From what we have read, this will affect the way your website is ranked on mobile searches, so worth checking your site for mobile responsiveness to see how you will be affected when the update rolls out. https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/
