21.01.2022 Get your nutrition in line with your goals. Get your training in line with your goals.Get your recovery/hydration in line with your goals. Get your mindset in line with your goals.Be patient. Stop looking for a quick fix or The secret and do work the right way.

21.01.2022 Change the way you think about yourself. Replace the negative statements with positive desires. Saying I dont want to be fat or I will never be happy are all negative affirmations. Most times we are unaware we are doing this. Instead say I want to be healthy or I am happy or I like myself enough to know I deserve happiness. When you affirm to yourself negative thoughts, you seek out things that reinforce this belief and only see the negative. Ever notice how when... you have a bad start to the day, the day keeps getting worse?Sometimes we have actual bad days, but sometimes we create bad days with our thoughts. When you have affirmed to yourself its a bad day you only focus on the bad things happening. You could have something great happen to you that day, but you miss it because your frame of mind is only focusing on it being a bad day. So change the thought process and your internal dialogue. It can be hard to do and doesnt come as easy for some, but the more you do it, the more ingrained it becomes. They say you are only as good as the company you keep. Since youre with yourself every second of the day, make that company supportive, compassionate & positive.

09.01.2022 6 Simple Rituals 1. Drink a glass of water when you wake up. Your body loses water while you sleep, so youre naturally dehydrated in the morning. A glass of water when you wake helps start your day fresh. 2. Define your top 3. Every morning ask yourself, What are the top three most important tasks that I will complete today? Prioritizes your day accordingly and dont sleep until the Top 3 are complete. ... 3. The 50/10 Rule. Solo-task and do more faster by working in 50/10 increments. Use a timer to work for 50 minutes on only one important task with 10 minute breaks in between. Spend your 10 minutes getting away from your desk, going outside, calling friends, meditating, or grabbing a glass of water. 4. Move and sweat daily. Regular movement keeps us healthy and alert. It boosts energy and mood, and relieves stress. 5. Express gratitude. Gratitude fosters happiness. Each morning, think of at least five things youre thankful for. In times of stress, pause and reflect on these things. 6. Reflect daily. Bring closure to your day through 10 minutes of reflection. Asks yourself, What went well? and What needs improvement?

Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it. Wear high heels on Saturday and walk barefoot on Sunday. Go shopping at the mall and then sit down and meditate in your bedroom. Live high and low. Move and stay still. Embrace all sides of who you are and live your authentic truth! Be brave and bold and spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities to find silence and patience and modesty and peace. Aim for balance. Make your own rules and dont let anybody tell you how to live according to theirs. - Rachel Brathen
