25.01.2022 To all our valued patients and families RE: Covid 19 The well being of our patients is extremely important to us. Please be assured that we have strict infection control and prevention measures in place to protect patients, doctors and staff from all infections. Any patients who have any risk factors of coronovirus please DO NOT attend the practice. We offer phone or telehealth consultations to patients in high risk categories and for those who feel anxious attending the pra...ctice.Please discuss these options with the receptionists or nurses. We have an isolation procedure for any patients that have symptoms of normal cold and flu away from our regular waiting room. It is still perfectly safe to come to see your GP at the practice. You will be asked a number of questions over the phone and when you present to ascertain how and when you will be seen to ensure your health and well being. If you are in anyway concerned, consider taking advantage of the phone or Telehealth options. See more

21.01.2022 One Stop Medical is pleased to announce that we can now offer bulk billed Telehealth or telephone consultations for all of our patients and particularly for those who have any fever, sore throat, cough or any of our patients who are pregnant or elderly or undergoing treatment for cancer or immunity-compromised in some other way. We can also offer GP management plans and mental health care plans via Telehealth- especially for anyone feeling anxious or depressed with the cur...rent crisis Some patients will still be required to see their GP face to face at OSM, and our nurses are doing their best to keep our space within OSM safe. When you arrive in the car park for an appointment at OSM, please phone our reception team and they will let you know when to come in, so that we minimise the number of people in our waiting room. When you come to the front of OSM, one of our nurses will ask you some questions and take your temperature, so that we can isolate anyone at risk of COVID-19 If you would like to book a Telehealth or Telephone consultation, please book online at HotDoc (click book appointment and then choose Telehealth option) or phone our amazing reception team. In the meantime, stay calm and safe, keep your social distance but keep connected with friends and family through social media...and enjoy the little special moments in life, like this beautiful hibiscus in my garden
