One wave meetings at cotton tree 6..30 ( Breathe and move .is on next week - every other week at the mo ) Being a towel bring a board .. and start the end of the week a wave or beach hang time with others Remember it’s ok not to be ok .. we are all able to help each other thru the funk . be great to see you

We were so touched by last week and want you to know we are having to postpone One Wave gatherings at the moment but that doesn’t stop you reaching out to one another and being there to help .. be a support . You can message onewavesc.. I will be on n the other end of the messages .. message a friend .. we are going to have fluro online see the post below .
