01.01.2022 This mornings workout. 3 minutes to complete each exercise. My team worked hard with out much groaning. Challenge yourself and give it a try. They used a 12 kilo KB for squats, 12 kilo med ball for the shoulder toss and a 5kilo dumbbell for the squat and snatch, there are lots of reps so don’t go too heavy and lose form. #workoutoftheday #hiitworkout #100repchallenge
