25.01.2022 Hi U7s, looks like our last training is going to be a cold and wet one. We'll still be having training, but understand if parents want to keep their kids home. If the weather gets too bad we may call off the training a little early. This weekends game is tomorrow, Friday, night. We kick off at 6:30pm, so please try to be there by 6pm.... After that game we're all wrapped up for the season, except for the presentation night on the 9th October.

24.01.2022 Just a reminder we play Old Collegians at Tregenza Oval tomorrow. Kick off is at 8am, so please be there by 7:30. The oval is at : 5 Booth Ave, Linden Park

20.01.2022 Hi U7s, just two games to go and our last home game this weekend! We play at 8am at Onkas vs Southern Suburbs. Please be there by 7:30am to get ready. Sloane and Ace's families are listed for Canteen (7:30-8am) - if you're not able to do this, please let us know.... For the future: Our last game is a Friday night game against Brighton at Brighton Oval 6:30pm start - please try to be there by 6pm on Friday 25th September. Our presentation night will be on Friday 9th October - I know a few people may not be able to make it because of school holidays. If you are not able to come, please let us know so we can hold your child's trophy and try to find a time to catch up with you. I hope most of us can make it - more details later when it is all finalized.

17.01.2022 Another great game today team. Our running lines are getting really good - we went forward really well and scored lots of tries. Sorry we didnt all get as many runs as normal, but we were all scoring too fast! I think we managed to get most people a couple of runs. Next week is another home game, this time vs Barossa. 13.01.2022 Hi U7s, Well that's a wrap for 2020 and what an awesome season it was. Despite Covid and some weird weather we really had some great runs. Congratulations to our Pizza Voucher winners this week - Dakota, Lachlan, Raph, Alijah and Taniora - great work from all of you! Unfortunately the camera didn't work very well in the dim light so we didn't get any decent photos this week :(... It has been a real honor to coach you all this year and watch as you all developed as players. The difference in you all from the start of the season to now has been awesome. I love that everyone is keen to run forward and have a go and I also really like the friendships that everyone in the team made. It is great to see people helping their friends up, sharing the ball and running chasey games. Its also great to see everyone around the club and to hear the "Hi, Coach" throughout the game days. I'm really proud of each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you all progress up the age groups at Onkas. So to all my Onkas U7s, thank you so much for being such an awesome group of smiley, slightly crazy, bunch of players. Thanks to Ollie Ralston for his coaching, for chasing kids around and for making sure that everyone was doing the right thing. Thanks to Kristine Puplett for being a great manager and making sure we made it to games, had earrings covered, had all our shirts and for her great photos of the games. Thanks to Noel Taylor for running ground marshal for us each week. Thanks to Cameron Puplett, Charlie Sommers and Willow Ralston for refereeing our games. And a huge thanks to all the parents who put up with us, who made sure their kids made training and the games, who supported us as a coaching crew and who cheered the kids along every game. Thanks to those also who helped with the canteen and BBQs on home games. I look forward to catching you all for presentation night on the 9th of October at 5:30pm, so we can recognize all the players for their efforts, and I look forward to seeing you all around this great club of ours. 13.01.2022 Presentation night is confirmed- 5:30pm on 9th October. I know some can't make it due to school holidays but hopefully we can get good numbers to celebrate the end of a great year. If you can't make it, please let us know so we can organise getting your child their trophy.

02.01.2022 We will have u7s training on tonight (20th aug) despite the weather, however if you prefer to keep your kids home that's not a problem. The game this weekend is a 9:30 kick off at Womma Reserve (Elizabeth). I recommend allowing about an hour to get there. We will try to meet up around 9:00. Please let us know if you won't be making it, so we can plan our team. There is a chance that our game will move a little later - I will keep you posted if it does.... Cheers, Keir

01.01.2022 Hi U7s, a few quick notes: This weekend's game is a home game vs Barossa. We start at 9am, so please be there by 8:30am. That's right, we all get a sleep in! On canteen this week we have Ryan and Raphael's families, so if you guys could please have someone help out in the canteen while we warm up (or see if you can swap with someone else)?... I've also noticed that the Coaches Award pizza vouchers have expired, so we have been given new ones. The domino's manager has advised that the old ones will work in store, but may not online. If you want to switch for a newer one, I now have some that are valid until the end of the year, so please let me know and I can swap them over. Looking forward to seeing you all tonight and Saturday.
