20.01.2022 OVE Hope everyone is safe and well. Stage 2B, Noble Release, Will be energized Thursday 26th of March. It will Take SA Power Network 2-4 days to finalize the process.
17.01.2022 Onkaparinga Views has delivered affordable land to many First Home Buyers in stage 1 and stage 2. The most affordable blocks being 300 sqm with a 10 meter frontage, however these are no longer allowed under the updated Development Plan for stage 3 of this development. The minimum land size will now be 325 sqm. Approx. 8.5% larger land will increase the price by 8.5% for the most affordable blocks. We feel this is unfair to young buyers looking to get their first home. tell us what you think........
