07.01.2022 Just made Jagger (& me) the best tasting pancakes ever!! I mixed the following in the Thermomix: 1 tub of Westhaven Dairy Greek Yoghurt 500g 250g flour (I used organic Self Raising because it's all I had but next time I will try a healthier option like buckwheat)... 1 tbsp baking soda 2 eggs 1 dash vanilla Made in a heated skillet with a big dob of Ashgrove butter & served on a plate with Hindmarsh Valley Dairy Creme Fraiche and organic maple syrup (for Jagger), and Rocky Gardens Whisky Marmalade (for me!). YUMMMO... I would've taken a photo but they're all gone and the recipe made heaps!!
