20.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who supported us through this Easter period. It has honestly been amazing to see all the support from everyone in such an unusual time and we really appreciate it. Have an amazing Easter!

20.01.2022 Our new winter menu is on the way. As most businesses, over COVID we have been re-assessing our business operations. The reality of not being able to trade completely, refocuses you on what is important. For us it is our chocolate. There are some things we do in house like our house made ice cream and sauces that are amazing, but distract us from the core of our businesses. As such we have made the difficult decision to stop producing these so we can use that time to focus o...n scaling our chocolate production. We will still offer ice cream to be served with our desserts, however they will no longer be in the same dessert bowl format that we offer today and the ice cream will instead be bought in. Our shake options will also change as a result of this, we will work to ensure the flavours are still high quality like we offer today. We will continue to offer the desserts in the current format for the next week or so while we use the remainder of our stock. Please note dessert options are limited at the moment due to COVID. Its not all doom and gloom though, were excited to be adding new hot chocolate flavours to the menu to try. Our existing options will of course continue with new combinations to be added in addition to what is on offer today! These changes will help our business be more efficient moving forward so we can stay true to our core focus, while still offering a great in store experience.

20.01.2022 We opened the Olinda chocolate factory 2 and half years ago on quite literally a shoe string budget. Our range at the time consisted on our boxed chocolates and a small range of signature bars. For the store opening we added a range of chocolate buttons and chocolate animals. We had to get creative with hampers and suppliers products to fill the limited shelving we had. From then we significantly increased our range to create a large range of delicious bars, koalas, hearts, p...resents, bears and more. We overhauled our shelving to support the growth in our range as well as many other changes in store. The good news is were not done yet, weve got some exciting products in our pipeline! Were also working on overhauling some of the packaging of older ranges. We promise we will keep evolving, creating better and better products and experiences. 16.01.2022 First of all, thank you everyone. The support weve received over the past week has been phenomenal. Weve been able to keep our staff employed to help us stay on top of online orders which is amazing! As such we have been able to open our doors so you can get your chocolates for Easter. We have reduced our trading hours to Mon-Wed 11am-3pm, closed Thu/Fri, Sat-Sun 10am-4pm. These hours will change over the coming weeks so we will keep you posted on any changes.

09.01.2022 Following the announcement from the Victorian Government our Olinda store will be closed temporarily from Monday 23rd March. With Easter around the corner this is a big hit to both our business and our staff, however we respect the decision from the government. Our online store will continue to operate as normal.
