25.01.2022 For those that need to know

24.01.2022 As of Friday midnight and the relaxation of COVID restrictions, this is the latest update from HQPlanations, regarding access to parks and forest areas under th...eir management. Unfortunately at this stage, government restrictions only allow trips 50KM from your residence, and there are still group numbers and social distancing restrictions in place. Some park areas remain closed to 4WDing, such as Bribie Island, Rainbow Beach, Cooloola etc... so please check with the parks sites before embarking on any outing as fines still apply. For our affiliated clubs and insurances... we can advise you that trips are permitted provided that none of State & Territory regulations or restrictions are breached. Be advised there is no specific COVID-19 insurance cover.

I would like to express thanks on behalf of my Mum Robyn and all our families for all the assistance given by so many to look for dad Max Morrison. He loved this area and did not want to leave to go into a retirement village or home. All of the people in this area he thought of as family. He always was trying to improve things, hated groundsel , see photo attached. He was not always old and frail, in his mind he was still the age he was in the green shirt (matched the John Deere Tractor). Again we are humbled by your support and Dad would have been a little embarrassed about causing a fuss, a bit like when the mountain caught fire, ahem.
