17.01.2022 The idea of offering people business opportunities has changed dramatically. In fact for most of you, it's become almost painful. In order to get ahead and m...ove forward with RECRUITMENT and GROWTH of your business, you need to start thinking like a potential prospect and what they are facing daily. UNDERSTAND THIS Facebook are giving people the ability to turn off messaging them unless you are a connection. You will need to pick up your Relationship marketing A-game if you want to survive on Facebook. Every person you engage with has been offered some form of online business structure at least 10 times since you have engaged with them. For those you are meeting online on platforms such as Facebook or Insta, expect that number to increase x 5 as the second they have entered their comments in one business opportunity post or ad, FB has thrown 5 more in front of them. The attitude of the online business person has alot of choice and with this, they're expecting a 'Done For Them' business model. That's their wants, not necessarily what is available. They're being conditioned daily. People are also moving around alot more, with so many opportunities, I am personally noticing many people are giving 4 or 5 things a dismal go, rather than investing in one solid structure, especially when they are NOT experienced enough in business. Their guard is up. They instantly recognise someone who is looking to impress upon them a business opportunity because people in this space are F**king predictable. People are being pounced on, and over the next few years you can expect more and more awareness from people digging their heals in and engaging less with 'Heres how to make a 6 figure business in 12 months'. HERE ARE SOME MAJOR TRUTHS There is no easy online business. It will take an enormous amount of effort to start, train, maintain and repeat. Anyone without proper understanding of business thinking its a walk in the park is coming into it with all the wrong intentions. If you are not building relationships, if you are trying to condition people before control, you're doing it wrong. You are actually contributing to the problem around online business opportunities and the 'guardedness' of people. If you do not find a unique, different, education method and model to attract people into your business, whether as a customer or as a business owner/franchisee then you can expect to go around and around with zero growth. 01.01.2022 What hurts your business growth the most is Action in the wrong areas. Let me explain. Firstly, when someone jumps on the 'Im going to get things done today' ...they don't actually put the work into the right place for GROWTH. They might choose to put work into; - Making a post pretty - Work on an already existing client task - Tidy up their work space The above three task are NOT growth tasks, they are general tasks that should get done daily. People also don't make their Action task specific enough and when they reflect back on the day, they may feel good about achieving task completion, but didn't actually GROW their business. Here are examples of 3 Growth Tasks; - Reach out to 20 new people, offer an ear for listening to their concerns relating to your product or service, and asking each of those 20 to join your FREE group where you share a lot more information on the topic that interests them. - Follow up on the past 50 clients within the past 60 days that did not take advantage of your product or service after they engaged with your service offering. - Create a FB live video on one clear topic with a call to action (unpaid) to get people into my circle of influence. Now that you have read the examples, NAME ONE ACTION TASK THAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO TODAY THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE GROWTH YOU DESERVE.
