06.02.2022 Hold your breath! Join us on a dive as we explore the helm at 20m of the HMAS Swan. We have always wanted to dive this wreck. We had amazing visibility and the fish life was fantastic. Certainly didn't disappoint. Stretched the lungs to the bottom at 30m. Andy Twine

25.01.2022 Its been a very successful few weeks. Dive course's are in full swing and it's great to see the freediving community expanding with more and more people getting involved. Absolute pleasure teaching these lads through their level 1 course over the weekend. Beautiful conditions whilst they performed text book dives. Well done guys. ... Well done to the last few groups of freedivers. They have certainly developed their watermanship skills, knowledge and of course remaining safe. Can't wait to see their future progression. Everyone smashed the course with static times up to the 4min mark and up to 30m in the depth component and a cheeky 35m varible weight!
