24.01.2022 Fresh and precious produce from Railway Street market today in Moss Vale. Phil from Moonacres farm shared a great recipe to try with the young spinach just need some cumin seeds. Out of stock in the pantry. One potato bread roll gone with a good lashing of butter. Eggs always a must have ingredient.

24.01.2022 Yesterday’s young potato harvesters & gnocchi makers at Moonacres Farm. A very happy fun day - lots of food eaten organic farm apples, local bread, butter & jam then everyone had two serves of gnocchi with tomato passata. I love young cooks

22.01.2022 So often when there is change in our lives those close to us say with caring one door closes another opens. In that moment often when we are emotional & perhaps worn out we take those words as support & caring but are thinking inside but yes here I am starting again - the unknown, why me, can I do this? Already in a few weeks of change for me I say believe that one door closes as another one truly WILL open. So many wonderful new projects & possibilities have crossed my plate within 1 week I would never have believed only 4 weeks ago..

21.01.2022 Remembering this precious win for the Gourmet Pilgrim team.

20.01.2022 Busy young hands today at our cooking class with The Big Feed charity. Special request last week for Trifle so Trifle it shall be with always a good snack handmade hummus with carrot sticks & corn chips, chicken schnitzel burgers for lunch. Then butter chicken spice bags as part of graduation family gifts next week. Learning new skills together. My happy place.

12.01.2022 Excited to be back at Northside Produce market this Thursday cooking a delicious Quinoa salad with local seasonal produce.

11.01.2022 Early this month I had a fabulous day with Joe Filshie & Georgie Dolling @zucchiniphoto.productions_zpp and a photography & food styling course. For me it was to learn more about lighting & using my I phone. As with everything practice is the key.. I have a window with a blind & curtains that I can play & practice. Then playing with adjusting the pics after light, colour etc. Next step more blackout screens & a light and yes more practice. All the years working with some of Australia’s best food photographers I can now step more into their world. Fresh produce always beautiful to shoot. I wanted to share on my food FB page too.

09.01.2022 Oh how I do love the Northside Produce Market. It was fabulous to be back today sharing a delicious salad with all the locals.
