19.01.2022 LAST MINUTE CHRISTMAS PRESENT IDEA . If you’re struggling for Xmas present ideas (or you’ve left it to the last minute and the shops are bare) I can help. 12.01.2022 Don't get me wrong...i'm all for the gym...but nothing beats an early morning workout in the fresh air amongst nature & friendly faces. Bootcamp offers a challenging workout (adaptable to all fitness levels) in a social environment and an opportunity to have fun whilst getting fit. Kids are most welcome. Even if you have absolutely crazy ones like mine ;) Let them run wild- there's a gated playground too! SUNDAY 8am - MOOBA CALLEYA, TREEBY ... SATURDAY 8:30am MANNING PARK (COMING SOON!!!) 10.01.2022 Not that a single soul has asked for it...but thought I’d offer a lil xmas time- related piece of advice. Be kind to yourself and keep moving. If you’ve eaten your body weight in pasta, cheese, crisps & bread as well as a sickening amount of chocolate (bit specific to me ) What’s done is done Did I plan to show a little more self control? May be. Did I eat past the point of feeling full? Absolutely, numerous times. Do I feel uncomfortably bloated today? 100%. Am I hav...ing a few irrational negative self talk moments? unfortunately. Am I going to complain about it and keep eating chocolate?- probably What I will NOT do...is make the mistake of thinking that taking a break from exercise or enjoying some foods that I don’t normally over indulge in will undo any progress or change my body drastically. If your self esteem has taken a hit and you’re experiencing feelings of guilt or failure... re write the script in your head, speak kindly to yourself. If you’re feeling sluggish....get up & go for a nice big walk. You will feel better. Drink lots of water, keep moving your body, try not to stress and enjoy yourself - you deserve it!
