24.01.2022 Well everyone, the year is days away from over and what a year 2018 was! As we close our doors for business for 2018, we look back to reflect on the year, on all the fantastic work we have produced, but even better, the absolutely amazing people and contacts we have met whilst doing so. Comparing the start of the year to now, we here at On The Spot Glass are ecstatic with the way things have turned out. Projects were taken on and completed with fantastic results, positive cus...tomer feedback has increased and our wealth of knowledge has continued to grow, to make On The Spot Glass stronger than ever. All we can say, but can't say enough, is thank you. Thank you to every single one of you who has continued to show us tremendous amounts of support, love and everything in between. 16.01.2022 4 men and some steady hands is what was required this morning to complete today’s mission in Surrey Hills. When dealing with a sheet of glass that weighs just a little over 100kg (yes, 100kg for one sheet of glass), you need the right team to get the job done correctly and most importantly, safely. 14.01.2022 A "little" job we completed a few weeks ago. Two large 10mm thick panes of glass were installed to turn an open backyard deck into what is now an even more amazing entertainment area. The glass has now blocked all wind and rain from getting in, so the entertaining can go on all year round! We took control of the whole process, from the measuring, to the install of the frame a couple of days prior to the glass being installed, to then installing the glass. These two 10mm thick panes of glass were definitely on the heavy side, but we had a great team on the day to support us which made for a swift and trouble free install! 11.01.2022 Have you ever seen this wired safety glass before? Perhaps in an old bathroom window, or maybe even an old shower screen? This glass was used some time ago in many shower screens and windows throughout Melbourne and around the world. It was once considered to be safety grade, however was in later years deemed to be unsafe and actually illegal to now use, after many cases of serious injuries were reported. 05.01.2022 Shopfront completed today for our friends over at Northern TILE Distributors P/L. No job is too big for On The Spot Glass, because we have the right team in conjunction with the right knowledge. 04.01.2022 Well, 2019 was a massive year for On The Spot Glass!
