I have joined the One Foot Forward walk for mental health and created a team called Team Rid Rad in memory of my brother Tristan who we lost to suicide 2 years ago. I have pledged to walk 40km for the month of October for my brother and also my own mental health battles. I would LOVE to have some others join my team and help me reach my team goal of $1,500 raised. Let’s get sharing and help support the Black Dog Institute.

03.01.2022 I keep sitting here not knowing how to start this post so I am just going to jump right in. I have decided to take some time off. I will now from tonight not be taking any new orders for the next 2 weeks. I haven’t been well for a while now and I just keep hiding it from every one and making myself worse by pushing through loads of orders. (Of which I’m honestly grateful for) But it’s time for me to be here for not just my kids but myself too.
