24.01.2022 LADIES WOMANS WELLNESS WEEKEND Just picture this... A weekend down in Dunsborough,... Like minded woman, Healthy, nourishing, colourful food, Beach workouts, A workshop on self love and prioritising yourself with the beautiful Emily Rose (Holistic Health Coach), Relaxation yoga sessions, Meditation, Goal setting and planning, .... possibly some cheese and wine I AM SO EXCITED This is the first time I have run a wellness weekend but it is something I have ALWAYS wanted to do! I hope to do more in the future! Too often I have my clients come to me saying they are stuck in a rut, that they hate their bodies or they can’t get/stay motivated because they don’t believe in themselves or they just don’t care about themselves enough.... And sadly I know how it feels.... But 2018 is the year to learn to love ourselves before all the rest so get amongst it ladies! Lily and Kenz) But that didnt mean that us Mummas just quit on the workout ... Excuses do not burn calories Please note my child is super comfortable.... for some reason she wanted to hang out all floppy while looking about.... she can breathe

19.01.2022 HAPPY MONDAY Who’s set new goals for this week? What are they? How are you going to make sure you smash these goals? ... I have been super sick the past couple of weeks ended up in hospital! I finally got back to the gym Saturday and I’m so pumped for a fresh week.... It’s the school holidays so I have a whole lot more free time now I’m not doing the school run’ This week I’m going to.... Get to the gym 5 times Walk everyday with little boo Cut back on coffee (secretly my least favourite thing to do.... but it makes me feel a whole lot better!) Drink more water Relax and enjoy time with my babies HAVE A GOOD WEEK GUYSSSSS!
