06.01.2022 It's been a long time coming to get ontoIT on Facebook, and here we are! :) We celebrate 10 years of service to the Gympie, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast areas this year. A big Thank You to all our customers, it's been an amazing experience supporting your businesses. In this time we've not only repaired your computers, designed networks and solved your IT issues, but made some great friends along the way.... We hope that by being on Facebook we can keep you updated on development in the IT industry. We'll let you know about the latest virus threats, IT scams and hoaxes such that you can keep your systems safe. The latest developments in Operating Systems, when products are expiring and when new systems are released. We'll throw in a few tips and tricks to make working at that screen and keyboard that little bit easier. So check back from time to time for news and tip updates. ontoIT !

02.01.2022 Our Computer Repair and IT support rates. Firstly - there are NO call out fees, or Travel fees for our clients within our business hours of M-F 8.30pm - 5.00pm Our casual rates are $110 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.... Telephone and Remote Desktop Support is $88 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments. As a Maintenance and Support Program Client our rates are $99 per hour billed in 15 minute increments after the first half hour, with access to unlimited, free telephone and Remote Desktop Support!
