04.01.2022 Stage 4 what does it mean for you and I? We will be open for business for essential & critical service & repairs with our normal precautions in place, as well as a few more. We have a Covid Safe Plan in place incase we have an infected staff member.... A few questions from our customers that we would like to clear up "I live further than 5km from you, but need your services, can i still come?" - Yes, everyone requires a working, safe and roadworthy car. Your personal health and safety is the only reason we are still operating. Collecting your shopping and food supplies, going to the doctors/chemist and for emergencies you need to keep your car maintenance up to date. This is a copy and paste from the industry adviser - "Stay at Home Directions No. 7 state that if it is not reasonably practicable for a person to obtain the necessary goods and services from within the 5km zone, then this rule would not apply. (See s 5, Part 1(AC)(B)(ii) of the Stay at Homes Directions No 7)." If you feel unsafe about the travel, or unsure - we can offer a pickup and drop off service. We ask you arrange this well ahead of your appointment and ensure you have sanitised your car - all handles, steering wheel, hand brake, shifter, window switches, bonnet release, radio etc etc. We can also arrange a tow truck to pickup and drop off your car if necessary. Every local small business appreciates your patronage, especially during these times, no matter how small the job. Our details; Ontrack 4x4 Repairs 5/12 Malcolm Court, Kealba 3021. (03)9310-7755 [email protected] Open Mon-Fri *Contactless payment available & preferred*
