11.01.2022 The first picture was taken April fools day. 1/4/20 and the second was 7/4/20. In 7 days the team at onyx has got this job to near lock-up. Thursday frame inspection and delivery of Plaster. Over Easter this will be lined and set ready for Fixout Tuesday 14/4/20. ... If this is not a record build Ill eat my hat. Looks like Im going to win the bet with the best and happiest client Geoffrey swampy zipper. A full time retired fireman for over 40 years. Swampy has done nothing but every hour say this is the best thing he has ever done. I have the neighbours come over and praise and cannot believe the consecutive deliveries and that they have never seen a dwelling go up (except in backyard blitz) so quick like they have at 11 Portside cres Corlette. I think this will be a 5 week build. From piers to OC. Ill keep you posted.
