25.01.2022 Welcome to all our Oonoonba State School families. Please see below a list of times for the " Meet and Greet your Teacher" on Thursday. The timetable is as follows: Prep, Year 2 and Year 4 classrooms will be open from 1pm - 2pm and Year 1, Year 3, Year 5 and Year 6 will be open from 2pm - 3pm. You will be advised by SMS on Thursday morning of your child's classroom. Thank you for your understanding. An email was sent out to all parents this afternoon regarding return to school. If you have not received an email by tomorrow morning please phone the office on 47 998 333 so we can check your details.
23.01.2022 Time is running out as we get closer to celebrating 100 years of Oonoonba State School! Grab a past teacher, peer or friend and call the office to book your ticket for a night at The Ville. Enjoy a beautiful 2 course dinner while listening to live music in the company of old friends.
22.01.2022 Tickets for the 100 year celebration are available from the school office from Tuesday the 6th of October. 70 tickets are available for the event. Each ticket costs $70.

I have set up a payment box in the admin office for last minute cash payments which can be dropped i...n this afternoon or tomorrow morning. Correct money would be preferred. Please do not ask the office ladies for change as they do not carry any. Just place any money in your child’s order bag and change will be returned with their orders on Thursday. 11.01.2022 This morning the Oonoonba State School P & C supplied morning tea to help celebrate Principals' Day 2020. Our staff enjoyed the delicious treats with Anne-Marie Day our Principal and Trevor Milton our Deputy Principal. This year we've seen, perhaps more clearly than ever, the true capacity and calibre of our principals as they stepped up to the challenge of leadership through COVID-19. We've realised the real strength of the contribution they bring every day to our school, staff members, students, families and the wider community.
