This one is very important as it transfers all of the weight of the building down through this slab and into the columns, walls and finally to the footings. 21.01.2022 Now that the rain has eased we are now able to start on the exterior of the building, render, paint ect. Roofing contractors are expected back after Easter to complete our roof and start cladding the building fins. Solar panels have started with a day or two to complete. Internals are moving ahead nicely with framing started on our top level and Gyprock wall lining almost completed on level 6.
