24.01.2022 Salaried doctors need an advocate for their pay. Whilst achieving better conditions for doctors to work, and provide safe, effective care for patients, there needs to be a focus on the accuracy of pay. OpayQ is an app that ensures accuracy of pay, and can be used to check EVERYTIME sheet is paid correctly. 16.01.2022 Where are we at with OpayQ? We have implemented some changes, and updated the algorithm with some EBA nuances. When you submit your payslip to OpayQ after successfully submitting your timesheet, OpayQ will analyse the two and make sure that you have been paid correctly. Shortly after, you will receive a summary of what your pay should look like. Absolutely free. With the release of our new payslip calculation (automatically sent to you after you successfully complete your timesheet and payslip), we have seen a huge spike in timesheets being sent to OpayQ, and Payslips being checked. 08.01.2022 How do you handle public holiday leave? We'd love to hear how you think Public holidays are handled when you don't work. Do you take time in lieu, or do you take a payment for the day at regular hours. Let us know as we are seeing massive differences in how this is being paid and how it should be interpreted!
07.01.2022 Wow - looking at this article, there is a problem. Did you know that since OpayQ opened, we have processed thousands of pay sheets and found significant differences between the payslips and timesheet of doctors? Even between doctors with identical timesheet. I wonder if the entire system should be automated like OpayQ has done. SA Health Sasmoa Ward
