21.01.2022 Hello my fellow lockdown survivors! Spring is here and the lockdown is slowly lifting and we will be back on the field with Open Space Physio as soon as we are allowed to. My hope is that will be after the next "step" in the process... Stay tuned!

14.01.2022 Hi all, Well, like many things Open Space Physio group classes will need to be put on hold for the next six weeks. In the meantime if you would like my support to get some exercise in a fun and safe way then there are two options for you...... 1. I’m available for one on one personal training sessions. Times are flexible. Cost for this is $1 a minute plus $10 to set up music/headphones (optional) 2. During lockdown I’m running weekly online discos on Fridays at 6pm. Starts next Friday 17/7.
