09.01.2022 Just before Xmas I had the opportunity to go to Kangaroo Island to shoot this video for Michael Barrett (Century 21 KI) and Angus Campbell (Ray White Woodside). It was my first time to Kangaroo Island and I couldn't have asked for a better day with beautiful clear skies and no wind. Later that week the fires started up on the west coast of the island and over the next couple of weeks devastated half of the island, coming very close to threatening Emu Bay and Kingscote where w...e filmed this project. Our hearts go out to those who lost life and property all over Australia to fire. In the coming months and years these communities will really need everyone's support to help rebuild and one of the best ways is to visit the affected regions who all still have plenty to offer. There has certainly never been a better time to visit Kangaroo Island now with the greatly reduced ferry rates and it is sure tempting to go back over to visit the lovely beaches of the island like this great one at Emu Bay (it is just as nice as the Normanville and Middleton beaches we are lucky to have nearby to the Adelaide Hills where we often go over summer)
