This little video series was put together when life was crazy (including not being able to buy flour!). We've missed cooking with you and sharing a meal together, but this is one way we can share a cooking experience with you.

24.01.2022 Here's the recipe for the Coconut Impossible Pie 1/2 cup flour 4 eggs 125 g butter, melted... 2 cups milk 1 cup caster sugar 1 cup dessicated coconut 2 tsp vanilla Preheat oven to 180C Mix all ingredients together Pour into a greased pie plate Bake on low rack for 25-30 minutes Enjoy!

17.01.2022 If anyone wants to know what was in our 3 ingredient basil pesto dish last night, it was a jar of basil pesto and a large cream, along with pasta of course. What a winner for a quick meal at home! Thanks to Michelle.
