22.01.2022 Openly has officially launched a public consultation to gather stakeholder feedback on our proposed APP Privacy Code. The Openly Privacy Code aims to expand upon the protections offered by the Australian Privacy Act by strengthening provisions around governance, accountability, children, marketing & overseas data transfers. An organisation that successfully attains Openly Certification will become legally bound by this Code, with significant penalties for non-compliance.... We welcome submissions from anyone. This is a collaborative effort, and we're happy to answer questions along the way. Further, we have two town halls planned to answer questions live.
