25.01.2022 Hi I hope everyone is doing well **Would you be interested in an Online Music Open Mic?** I recently attended a poetry open mic online and wondered whether y’all would be interested in having a music open mic on Zoom.... Looking at sliding scale ticket (with no one turned away due to lack of funds) Comment below I’m keen if this is something you want to see happen. Thanks

23.01.2022 Open Mic Newcastle will be taking all of January off. We'll make an announcement on this page about our plans for 2017 after that. We appreciate all your messages and keenness to get back to our regular gigs. For now we're enjoying a much deserved break. We hope you are too :)

16.01.2022 If you're looking for some Jam times tonight Stag and Hunter have their monthly blues jam on. Check it out Your weekly music plug; Thursday night the Merewether Fats are back form 7:30 for the monthly blues jam (BYO instrument and blues jam vibes). Friday night Blues Arcadiadia are live from 8:00pm for Blues Arcadia at The Stag and Hunter, Mayfield. Saturday night belongs to Wanderers for the Wanderers at The Stag & Hunter from 8:00pm. Sunday afternoon is prime country time with a smashing line up: Pop Standen & The Prince of Promises, Wanita, Australia's Queen of Honkytonk, 4 String Phil, & Annie O'Dee and the Hotshots.
