15.01.2022 Landed a couple of Brazilian micro-lots from our friends @minas_hill_coffee. Roasted yesterday - tasting today. Result? Epic. Boa Vista - Mantiquera Farmed by Alessandro Hervaz - juicy tropical fruit notes of mango & passionfruit. Lemon myrtle on the back end..... Bela Epoca - Alta Mogiana Natural process by Luiz da Cunha Elegant & creamy body with notes of melon, peach & lychee. Both stand up beautifully as a filter - were just itching to run these through the machine shortly as an espresso roast. Both will be available online in a couple of days and also at the shop front in North Perth. Very limited stock of these two.

13.01.2022 Weve been roasting this Ethiopia Guji - Uraga Tome. As a filter its a standout, a little bit like ribena & lemonade. Sweet, juicy & zesty. Take it a little darker for espresso and we found a little extra herbaceous jasmine in there. Really worth a go while weve got this one around.
