24.01.2022 Now for the next project in Peregian Springs! This is a beautifully designed home, which will include: * flat roof * board form concrete facade to the garage... * timber cladding to external walls * polished concrete floors * media room * electric sun roof ... and so so so much more. You will have to use your imagination for the moment though!

24.01.2022 A lot of work goes into building a new house even before the slab goes down! Here are some photos of the first stage of works up until the slab has been poured at Lot 2311 Finch Terrace, Peregian Springs. This happened even with all of the terrible weather we've had over the last few weeks! Good work to Jeremy and his team!

21.01.2022 Finally, some photos of the completed home in Peregian Springs, our clients are so happy with their new home. They couldn't wait to move out of their caravan and have a soak in their spa!

19.01.2022 Our almost complete Second Story Extension in Kawana Island has a new Ensuite which the client loves. The Ensuite is all about being modern, spacious and above all very different to their downstairs bathroom. The Ensuite includes: * His and hers wall hung vanity with huge drawers including hidden power points. * Huge frameless mirror to give more depth to the room and to reflect the feature tiles. * Very modern wall mounted toilet hidden behind the mirror!... * Dual rain shower and recesses for any showering accessories. and the final touch... * A beautiful Freestanding Bath with recess the length of the bath! What do you like about this bathroom?

17.01.2022 A HUGE sigh of relief was breathed once the roof went on! Next the windows and doors were installed and then the brickwork was completed. Things are running along very nicely!

14.01.2022 We are currently installing Blackbutt Timber Flooring throughout a home in Little Mountain. It is going perfectly with their new Kitchen!

10.01.2022 Wall and ceiling insulation was up next, along with electrical and plumbing. Jeremy completed all the finishing touches i.e. bathroom niches and made quite a mess so in came the cleaners... they had a great time using pieces of timber as bulldozers, picking up bits of timber and blowing the saw dust into piles! (obviously with lots of direction from dad!). Now the home is ready for the gyprockers.

07.01.2022 Wow... 18 Finch Terrace is almost Complete! Pergola to be installed today, house is clean and ready to handover! Mick and Faye can finally move out of their caravan and into their new home.

05.01.2022 The new home in Peregian Springs is coming along nicely, the timber for the frames was delivered then the new home started to come to life with the frames being built onsite then erected by Jeremy and Alex. Next went on the trusses and also the bracing.

02.01.2022 This Delightful Renovation in Golden Beach has begun... a new front patio and a new carport then a new steel roof to the entire house. As you will see in the photos it is a lovely tidy beach house with a few splashes of paint on the side. Our client has been deciding on her colour scheme... watch this space.

01.01.2022 New Timber Deck with undercover Patio area. Our clients wanted to create a new front entrance to their home tying it in with the existing home and carport. Jeremy added a lovely gabled feature at our clients request which has made it stand out even more.
