24.01.2022 T ogether E veryone A chieves M ore.... Today we had a 2 team Workout. What team can flip their cards and do the exercises the quickest. Just another fun way to train with each other for our last session of this 4 week block. Have an amazing long weekend, and I will see you all Tuesday. (All smoothie detox programs will be messaged or emailed out on Monday)

23.01.2022 We don't grow from doing easy things...... We grow from doing difficult things. ... Remember that when you train....sometimes we get stuck in the mindset we have to keep up with everyone, so we opt for an easier option......well you don't have to keep up with anyone except yourself!!! Everyone is on their own journey, with their own goals, so everyone's training will look different. Sometimes we have to slow things down, and do the hard option to get better at something. Yes it's hard, but the only way for it to get easier is to practise, practise and practise some more. And NEVER GIVE UP.

23.01.2022 Sharing this with my clients to show you....you can eat more, it just needs to be the right more! And the scales can go up.....but that isn't always a bad thing either. For 3 years I ate 1000 to 1200 calories per day for weight loss.... I then lost my weight but couldn't understand why I wasnt gaining the muscle I wanted. I was doing Crossfit 6 days a week, lifting heavier.....but no muscle. I WASN'T EATING ENOUGH!! You need to eat according to YOUR goals. Today Week 2 Into my 12 week GET STRONG Challenge I'm eating 2250 calories a day....and finally getting somewhere. When I started my Journey it was always for weightloss....now I want to look Strong and Fit. I am now 8kg heavier since the start of the year but feel so much better about my training and food.

21.01.2022 2 days into the Week and have already got 4 New PRs..... Can't complain with that. Push yourself as no one else can do it for you...... what a silly quote, all my clients know that I will definitely find a way for them to do it....if they want to or not.... That's called Team Work.

Make them realistic, some small one's and some big goals if your up for the challenge. Make the time lines realistic for these goals to be reached. Don't set yourself up for failure before you start by being unrealistic. Happy New Year to you all.

08.01.2022 *** BOXING SESSIONS RETURNING IN 2021*** If all goes to plan, we will be returning to some boxing sessions each week during bootcamp as of January when we commence. It is advised that everyone brings their own pads and gloves but if not I am happy to supply them and will have plenty for everyone who don't wish to purchase their own. ... I will also supply 1 set of inserts that you are to keep, wash and bring to every boxing session. Before you go to bed lay out your clothes, undo your shoes laces, line them all up in the bathroom ready for the morning. ... Don't forget to put your undies in the right way also......we all know who is a culprit constantly of having to wear their undies inside out all day....., not naming names.....(me) Organisation is the key to success, let's all get it right these next 6 Weeks and kick some ass for 2021!

04.01.2022 Week 2: Another wet morning...... but everyone was a trooper and took it in their stride. If it makes you all feel better, I was like a drowned rat and ran at CrossFit as well in the ran.....was super refreshing .... Massive Cardio day today. Boxing Tomorrow, remember to bring your white gloves if your using mine.

04.01.2022 So.......I've been pretty quiet on my 12 week Challenge this time round. After getting Top 50 last challenge, I was expecting big things this Challenge. But I have been feeling sorry for myself, nursing a shoulder injury which this 12 weeks has made me strip back on the load I have been lifting and just concentrating on my form.... I've been working with a physio and for once actually listening and doing as I'm told...well 90% of the time , which for anyone that knows me is a miracle. This 12 weeks I have concentrated a bit more on listening to my body and when it needed rest, I've rested. I also swapped over Crossfit's half way through so getting used to new programming has also been hard on me mentally swapping training times etc. I used to do my weights first, then crossfit....but swapped it around and find some days I don't have as much in the tank for my weights. Absolutely loving learning everyday at Crossfit and training with some amazingly fit people, which is making me push myself harder each day to be better. But I keep reminding myself it is a life long journey not a sprint, I'm in for the long haul and everyday my goal is to be a better ME than I was the day before. Official check in for me will be this Saturday 28th November, I started out this challenge chasing Top 3....injury has prevented that this time. So I will be back well rested and ready for another 12 week challenge in January 2021, and I WILL BE CHASING THAT TOP 3! (Ab's were behaving today....you wait saturday when it official photo day, they will get camera shy )

04.01.2022 Mixed emotions this morning, happy to be on holidays for a couple of weeks.....but sad I won't be bossing my crew around in that time. Last session this morning for 2020! 12 days of Christmas workout went really well....looked pretty easy for me just standing there .... Hope you all enjoyed the last week of Christmas themed workouts, I had a ball doing them up. I want all my possums, lamb shanks, goldfish's etc to all have an amazing Christmas. Eat. Drink. Relax. Because when I see you in the New Year you will be working it all off. Keep your eye out over the next couple of days as I will be putting up about 10 workouts for you all to try at home. Scale what needs to be scaled, swap any exercises that you need to.....medical or injury reasons only!!!! If it says 50 Burpee's....bloody do the 50 Burpee's don't just swap them because .....I could name name's but I wont .
