24.01.2022 Optima Dental Care is still OPEN! We will ONLY be seeing emergency appointments as per the ADA and Australia Government Level 3 restrictions. What this means for our patients is if you have a TOOTHACHE a dentist will still see you. Our HOURS have changed to 9.30am to 12pm everyday at this stage.... 4972 4444

23.01.2022 To Our Optima Dental Care Patients - We just want to thank you for your corporation during these times with COVID-19. As of Monday the 27th of April our restrictions have moved from Level 3 to LEVEL 2. This means we are able to do more dental treatments not just emergencies such as some fillings, denture work, examinations, etc. We will be in contact with our patients that have had there treatment deferred. We still need to follow certain procedures such as keeping the fron...t door locked and temperature checking. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call us. 4972 4444.

19.01.2022 Appointments are as usual but with a few changes. Here at Optima Dental Care we are taking all the precautions to prevent the risk of the COVID-19 virus, we have put procedures into place to protect both patients and staff to enable us to stay open to care for our patients. 1. We will be locking the door so if you could please call 49724444 and a staff member will come down and let you in.... 2. You will be asked if we could record your temperature before entering the practice. 3. We ask as soon as you arrive upstairs you go into the bathroom and wash your hands. 4. Lastly you will be required to complete a Self-Declaration Form once you are seated in the waiting room. To help put your mind at ease, all staff at Optima Dental Care will be required to take their own temperature upon arrival and throughout the day also. We are also doing EFTPOS only & ask you to pay using PAYWAVE when possible. Thank you for your co-operation at this stressful time. The Optima Dental Care Team

12.01.2022 Are you flossing every morning and night? Flossing should be an integral part of your dental health routine along with brushing. It’s not just adults who need to floss. Kids should start cleaning between their teeth as soon as they have two teeth in contact but until the age of 10, it’s best if the parent does the flossing as younger kids don’t have the manual dexterity needed to floss effectively.
