14.02.2022 Hi, I’m Jo the owner of Optimal Body Fitness and the creator of the Optibods all in one program. I was once a beginner with my own fitness and health and found the information available very confusing. I found following a strict eating plan of boring foods wasn’t sustainable and I realised that if I was having such an issue understanding the information available then many more must be in the same boat. I always felt intimidated or judged in public gyms and that is why I ha...ve created such a private and personal program where no one judges anyone as we are all on the same journey, to feel good in our skin I designed a program that TEACHES you what to eat and why and also design nutrition plans ( I am also a chef) with foods YOUR taste buds love. The foods one person may like doesn’t mean the next person will and visa versa. Each nutrition plan is custom designed for each individuals health and energy requirements including those suffering from diabetes, PCOS, auto immune disorders, hypothyroidism, food allergies etc .. As well as those who have had gastric surgery The fitness side of the program is designed with same principles that female bikini competitors use. Sculpting the body with weights has so many advantages, it builds strength, stronger bones along with burning up to 3.5 x more calories than cardio exercise I pride my gym on being different to other gyms and we are exclusively for women that want to better themselves. We are a group of supportive and encouraging women who are all on the same journey. We have clients ranging from 14-73 yo I don’t have cardio machines in my gym for 2 reasons, 1, I don’t believe you should pay money to a personal trainer to have to walk a treadmill or ride a bike. 2. I believe walking riding etc should be done in your own leisure time, if you wish, and out in the fresh air taking in nature’s beauty. At the beginning of each persons program, you are assessed for your basic abilities and your program is designed from there. I ease you into your sessions within your abilities to keep the pain level tolerable and minimal. The ladies always tell me the first few days are the worst of it and after that you are on your way and are looking forward to their next session. I am with you of your journey and will keep adjusting your program where and when it is needed. 2 x 50 min pt sessions per week $66 per week 3 x 50 min PT sessions per week $88 per week 4 x 50 minute sessions per week $99 per week 7 day nutrition plan (25+pages) complete with our own delicious healthy recipes and a shopping list included. That this weight will heave itself from your tired shoulders, soon. That you’ll recognise the girl in the mirror again someday. Soon. Don’t let the fear rise up and engulf you in the middle of the night anymore. It’s not real. It’s a lie and it’s keeping you down. This will pass. You, you’re still in there. Hang on. The thing is, my friend. Life can be heavy, it can be draining and sometimes it can feel like you’re the only one getting it all wrong. You’re not. You really aren’t. Look around any room and I promise you everyone you see, has felt the same way before, or will someday in the future. And it will pass. You’ll be back. 28.01.2022 I always love it when I have a lady come to the gym that has never stepped foot in one before. They are typically very nervous and anxious for about 5 minutes. Once they meet me, see how private the gym is, and get a feel of our fun and supportive vibe in there, they relax and wonder why they were worried. It didn’t happen overnight, Bec has been plodding along for almost 16 months losing approx .75kg per week. Bec has had total determination to reach her goal and has transformed her whole life by fuelling her body correctly to keep her metabolism firing on all cylinders and weight training (no cardio) which has kept her skin elasticity and in turn has no loose skin. I’m so proud of her a...s she is herself and I cannot believe how far she has come.
