25.01.2022 What a great week end it was at PCYC. While working I had time to meet up with the staff and they are very friendly. They welcome me as a member which I am greatful for. Special thank you to Helen and Des Upton who are running the PCYC boxing and also Greg Jones who let me use one of their office for me to massage.

07.01.2022 During the boxing event I had the pleasure to massage Lachlan Hinchliffe the day before is match. Quick work out and light stretching were including in his massage. I am not a boxer but during the match Lachlan was more mobile than his opponent and his punches were faster too. Very good match and a Queensland title around his waist, even better
