24.01.2022 This is the most effective breathing strategy I have found in 24 years of psychology. I teach it to every angry, anxious or agitated client I see.

21.01.2022 Telehealth Psychology. As of this week OK Psychology is conducting all appointments via phone or video link (It is really easy and we will show you how to set it up in a few minutes). All appointments are therefore going ahead as usual. My experience so far is that it takes about five minutes to adjust to the new format, but after that it feels natural. The children and adolescents so far seem to prefer it to coming to the office! Also, we have cancelled our OK Wilderness t...rips until the corona virus is over.
