The worrying issue is most people have great ideas, they just never execute them because of the risks involved. His advice - just do it. If you fail, it means you're trying! If you don't then you're not trying hard enough. Fail till you succeed but never give up.

Now for every excuse, write down ways to overcome them. ... What you're doing is you're now looking at your own negative excuses as postive opportunities to grow/learn. 15.01.2022 Here are some interesting facts about resumes we thought to share with you; -The average time spent by recruiters looking at a resume: 5 to 7 seconds. -76% of resumes are discarded for an unprofessional email address. -88% rejection rate when you include a photo on your resume.... -89% of recruiters have hired someone through LinkedIn. -93% of recruiters are likely to look at a candidate’s social media profile. -98.2% of Fortune 500 companies use ATS (resume screening software) -Recruiters receive over 200 applications for each job, out of these, usually only 6 will get called, 4 will be invited to an interview and 1 will get the job. -18,400,000 applicants found their job on Facebook. -10,200,000 applicants found their job on LinkedIn. -8,000,000 applicants found their job on Twitter. -While the average length of an interview is 40 minutes, 33% of 2000 surveyed bosses indicated they know within the first 90 seconds if they will hire that candidate. 14.01.2022 As we see more employment opportunities on the rise, just remember that whenever you apply for a job online - you're up against another 300 or so applicants....So what are YOU doing to stand out and gain the employer's attention? We sure hope you're not just laying back and 'hoping or praying' they will call you. Why not create an opportunity yourself? We suggest you put in a little extra effort in your job application, it won't go unnoticed - here are some tips -... 1) Make a follow up call on the same week. 2) If there is no number advertised, use an email. 3) If there is no email advertised, and you know where the office is located, visit them in person. 4) If there are no contact details on the job advertisement and you don't know where it is, google the name of the office, find it's location, and generally speaking when you google a business, it shows you their number and/or address. 5) By now if you're still trying to come up with excuses then you're simply not hungry enough to gain employment and you're wasting everyone's time.
