19.01.2022 Great Social Dinner on Saturday night with all our team and their members. It was fun and getting together socially is great. It’s not just all about weight loss/ weight maintained/ weight gain, energy and vitality increased it is about friendships gained on the way as it is a very hard and long road for a lot of people to get healthy so the support and always being there for you members or clients is the most important thing. They need that person to helped them through the tough days when they feel like giving up. They need encouragement and recognition to everything they achieve no matter how small or big every little thing counts because without those little achievements we won’t get to the big achievements and to the end goal.
